airport transportation

Transfers from the airport to the resort are handled exclusively through Helix Festival. You will not be allowed on the resort through private transfer arrangements. It is important that we have flight information from all Helix Festival attendees so that we can arrange this. If you would like to leave the resort after checkin in you can arrange re entry with the front desk. Only guests who have paid for festival reservations at Helixfestival.com will be allowed on the resort.

Shuttles

Once you arrive at the MJB airport, Helix Festival representatives will be waiting for you with clearly marked signage and Helix Festival uniforms. Our transfer representatives will ask for your Helix Festival transfer ticket and passport prior to boarding the shuttle. This pass will be emailed to you once you have completed your payment plan. If you have purchased a private car service upgrade during checkout, our representative will be waiting for you with your name on a sign after you pass through customs.

All Helix Festival shuttles and car service transfers will leave from MJB airport. Guests arriving via private jet accommodations must also provide flight itinerary information so that we can arrange your transfer to the resort.

Flights are not included with your Helix Festival reservation.
